		<description><![CDATA[Again, Jean Nouvel &#8211; one of my favorite architects &#8211; and one of his most notorious towers with a crude nickname. Its normally blu-ish throughout the day, this (badly taken) photo was during sunset. The facade is simply colourful corrugated steel panels with plain old louvres around the entire building.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I love Jean Nouvel&#8217;s work. Jeff finds it interesting, not necessarily &#8220;good&#8221;. You really have to be there to appreciate the detail, especially in the windows. Each individual &#8220;hole&#8221; has its own aperture, I observed that they are all at different configurations, maybe they are micro managed by computers?]]></description>
