Now that my trip has ended, I think it is expected of me to say some wise words. Having met some real hard core backpackers during the trip I’m convinced my advice would be trivial.
Even so, I think there’s one important lesson which I cannot afford not to pass on. So here it is, my cryptic little gem of wisdom …
“It’s true. Don’t ever forget your towel.”

sad. so sad. i feel like i have lost a limb. this blog. it has been pretty damn great. hands down the best travel blog I’ve come across. something i will always refer to should i go gallivanting in europe again. or rather WHEN i go gallivanting again.
I know i know…all good things come to an end, eventually. thanks for making the effort while it lasted. And have a good second adventure in europe this xmas hols.
(btw….I still havent fully forgiven u for ditching our hawker escapade)
Oh, and what a shock i got when the page loaded and i saw my oh-so-big photo staring back at me….geeez, couldn’t u have shrunk it a little??? heheh….anyway, the leura was brilliant.
